Looking Ahead
We are developing the Hub further. Plans include an office and staff accommodation on site, a community laundromat, more shop space, family recreation areas, public toilets and solar power. We are also planning a floating jetty at the Dhabila barge landing, so families can get to sea country and back safely.
Once Phase 1 of our Hub upgrade is completed places will be available for individuals to access lockable storage facilities for personal and work items, free space will be available between 3pm and 5pm for students who would like a space to do homework, and visiting agencies will be able to book desks, meeting rooms and the board room through this website.
